We use 3D printers from the HP brand for the Multi Jet Fusion process. These 3D printers are suitable for highly detailed individual parts, prototypes as well as for series production.
The Multi Jet Fusion process is based on polyamide 12 (PA12) and is available in both single and multi-color.
PA12 is certified according to EN ISO 10993-1 & USP / Level VI / 121 ° C.
3D printing of prostheses and orthoses is a rapidly growing application because 3D printing can greatly reduce manufacturing times and costs.
In addition to functional parts and medical applications, PA12 is also certified for toys (for toy applications).
We use 3D printers from the EVO-tech brand for the fused deposition modeling process. These 3D printers are suitable for individual parts e.g. in model making as well as for first samples, prototypes and small series production.
The large installation space of 102 liters and the print size of (WxDxH) 500 x 400 x 510 mm is also ideal for printing larger components.
The variety of materials
(Filaments) leaves little to be desired. Filaments from EVO-tech are flame retardant, UV and temperature resistant up to over 200 ° C, electrostatically dissipative, food grade, abrasion resistant and chemical resistant.
